1. The above tour cost is based on calculation of minimum 15 Adults
2. Passport must be valid upto 06 month at the time arriving in India
3. Baggage is allowed upto 20 kg cargo Bag & 5 kg hand bag per head
4. Minimum time for Visa -On Arrival
5. Forex USD $ 1 = INR 65/- (Subjected to market)
6. For conducted group tours: Departure date is flexible for 1 or 2 day’s & if group size is lesser than 15 adults, then local representative will escort the tour.

Mode of Payment

1. Initial Booking Amount per person 50% of the total tour cost which is Interest Free.
2. All the balance must be clear before 15 days of departure.

Terms & Conditions

1. All disputes (if any) subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.

Cancellation: The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person. 

1. Before 45 days cancellation, then only registration fee (Rs: 30, 000/-) is treated as Cancellation charges.
2. Between 16 to 44 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.
3. Between 8 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost.
4. Between 1 to 7 Days no refund, In case of `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are100% of the tour cost.
