1. The above tour cost is based on calculation of minimum 15 Adults
2. In case number of pax is less than that, then tour cost may increase
3. Passport must be valid upto 06 month at the time arriving in India
4. Baggage is allowed upto 15 kg Cargo Bag & 5 kg hand bag per head

Mode of Payment:

1. 50% of the tour cost to be paid at the time of finalization of tour.
2. All the balance must be clear before 15 days of departure.

Terms & Conditions:

1. All disputes (if any) subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
2. The quotation is valid for 10 days.

Cancellation: The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.

1. Before 25 days cancellation, then only registration fee is treated as cancellation charges.
2. Between 18 to 25 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50% of the tour cost.
3. Between 1 to 17 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70% of the tour cost.
4. In case of ‘no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour cost.
